We Brevard county public records, the people of Bereaved County, a resident of the Constitution of Florida in the U.S. State of America, recognizing and safety of our individual rights protected, and the affirmation of the commitment to the constitutions and laws of the United States and the State of Florida, do ordain and establish this Home Rule Charter for the execution of our county government for the common good of all our citizens Brevard county public records. Bereaved County is a county home rule charter, and, except may be restricted by this Privacy Rule, all autonomy powers granted now or in the future by the Constitution and laws of the State of Florida. SECTION 1.2. Corporation, NAME AND Brevard county public records LIMITATIONS Bereaved County should be a moral and political one. The registered name of Bereaved County. The county seat and limits will be designated by the law on the entry into force of the present Charter. SECTION 1.3. CONSTRUCTION The powers conferred by this Charter shall be interpreted in the liberal rule in favor of the government of the charter Brevard county public records. The enumeration of certain rights and powers in this letter should not be limited to, or denying the right of the people of Bereaved County to the fullest extent of the regional government authorized by the Constitution of the citizens of the county charter.
SECTION. SPECIAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF county county, Brevard county public records which operates under the present Charter shall have all the powers and functions are not inconsistent with this Charter, to the extent provided by state or federal law to the Board of County Commissioners special and as will other county and municipal powers necessary to meet the objective of the present Charter. Mileage tax. Without prejudice Brevard county public records to the powers reserved to the persons referred to in Article 5 of this Charter, the county will have all the necessary tax and to accomplish the purposes of county and municipal authorities. Property located in the municipalities, is not subject to tax for services rendered by the county exclusively for the benefit of the property or residents within the city, located in the unincorporated area of the county are subject to the tax benefit of the property or residents in the city limits Brevard county public records.
To this end, the Board of County Commissioners may, by order, subject to the limits laid down in section. Of this Charter, to create districts in order to collect ad valor taxes and special pay for the delivery of municipal services and the tax imposed fees must be within Brevard county public records the limits set for municipal purposes mileage. If these services are provided in a municipality , the income tax of the total property received by the municipality and the County District contribution for municipal purposes shall not exceed the maximum mileage fixed by law for the Brevard county public records purpose municipal.
